The Macdonald West Company

Macdonald West  provides advice to property clients and has managed several portfolios of properties.

In 1988 & 1989. Mr. West established the Asset Management Division of The Allen Morris Company to focus on strategic management of their portfolios of over 100 properties. 

From 1989 to 1991, Mr. West was President, Miami Lakes Development, Inc and Executive Vice President, The Graham Companies.  His duties included the management and development of the 5 square mile new town of Miami Lakes and providing advice regarding the portfolio of properties owned by The Graham Family.

In 1995 & 1996, Mr. West advised the University of Miami regarding their portfolio of properties totaling over 5,400,000sf, and located on the University of Miami Campus, at the Miller School of Medicine, the Rosenstiel School of Marine and Atmospheric Science and their New World Campus property.

Mr. West has advised clients concerning their investment properties including Virginia Retirement Systems, Liberty Insurance Group and several other private property investors.

Mr. West is currently providing investment advice to a portfolio of 15 family owned properties. .
